All services are delivered digitally and are personalized based on the information submitted by the user.

- Prices displayed at the time of booking are final.
- Once a service has been delivered or initiated, it is considered complete.
Due to the personalized and time-bound nature of astrology services:
- No refunds, cancellations, or transfers are permitted once a service has been booked and confirmed.
- Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the user will not be eligible for refunds.
Communication and Call Policy
Astro Assured does not record calls or consultations.
Users are strongly discouraged from recording calls or consultations. If a user chooses to record any interaction, they do so at their own discretion and legal risk. Astro Assured assumes no responsibility for such recordings.
Publishing, sharing, or distributing recorded conversations, in part or in full, without explicit consent from all parties may violate privacy and data protection laws. Any legal consequences arising from such actions are the sole responsibility of the user.
User Conduct
